Voice to Power Lab is building the next generation of community leaders across Washington State. We support parents and caregivers—especially those historically excluded from decision-making—in turning lived experience into leadership that shapes public systems.
Through leadership development, governance readiness training, and partnerships with schools and public agencies, we are cultivating a network of leaders who are influencing policy, strengthening family partnerships, and helping create education systems that truly work for families and communities.
Our work is grounded in the belief that democracy is strongest when those most impacted by decisions have the power to shape them.
